Drive adoption of NavDx LDT across Southern California and Arizona by engaging oncologists and surgeons, meeting sales targets, launching products, and growing accounts. Manage territory via strategic call planning and Salesforce, provide clinical education, support implementation, ensure HIPAA compliance, and travel extensively (up to 75%).

Support territory sales operations and account management for NavDx in Florida. Manage order and sample issues, maintain Salesforce territory data, coordinate mobile phlebotomy and kit inventory, support account onboarding and utilization, monitor test utilization trends, assist prospecting and field initiatives, and grow into field-facing commercial responsibilities under regional leadership.

Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and AV systems; troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity; assist onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, and device setup; maintain IT asset records, ticket documentation, and support cybersecurity and compliance (HIPAA) efforts; escalate complex issues and participate in IT projects and process improvements.

Manage claim denials, underpayments, and appeals for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. Investigate denials, prepare and submit appeals, interact with payers and provider/patient stakeholders, and maintain documentation and payer-specific workflows to ensure accurate reimbursement and regulatory compliance.

The Staff Accountant will manage month-end closes, journal entries, reconciliations, and ensure accurate financial reporting while supporting audits and process improvements.
