Produces monthly financial reports, including profit and loss, balance sheet, project reporting, and KPIs. Maintains reconciliations, controls, budgets, forecasts, audits, and financial procedures. Provides management information, budget reviews, project appraisals, financial analysis, and process improvements while supporting the Financial Controller and senior management.

Leads supply chain strategy for defence bids and proposals, including sourcing, contracting, supplier negotiations, category management, cost reduction, value engineering, and risk management. Partners with engineering, operations, commercial, and legal teams to develop compliant, resilient supply chain solutions. Builds strategic supplier relationships, assesses UK and global supply chain capability, and leads a small team supporting major maritime defence programmes.

Provides administrative support to operations by maintaining employee time, payroll, absence, holiday, training, and personnel records. Processes timesheets, verifies payroll data, resolves discrepancies, supports onboarding, organises training, prints work orders and drawings, and manages document control and filing. The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, accurate data entry, confidentiality, organisation, and communication. SAP PP knowledge is desirable. BPSS security clearance must be completed during onboarding.
