Develop and optimize production plans and schedules based on customer demand, forecasts, inventory, materials, and capacity. Drives sales growth across offshore oil and gas, tanker, and bulk carrier markets. Collaborates with estimating, engineering, operations, and leadership teams to deliver tailored solutions. Monitors market and competitor activity, identifies cross-selling opportunities, prepares forecasts and reports, and supports risk assessment and contract finalization.

Operate handheld grinders in shipyard or refit work, following technical drawings, safety procedures, environmental and quality standards. Work independently and collaboratively, maintain high housekeeping standards, report hazards, and support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
