Supports people, culture, and organisational transformation initiatives through project coordination, PMO tracking, employee engagement analysis, KPI reporting, and stakeholder management. Maintains plans, milestones, risks, dashboards, and action tracking while preparing concise insights and recommendations for senior management and ExCo. Coordinates engagement surveys, departmental action plans, leadership initiatives, and integration and transformation plans across functions and sites.

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll across UK and Northern Ireland for salaried and hourly workforces. Responsibilities include timesheet reconciliation, statutory payments and deductions, HMRC filings, pensions, audits, payroll journals, expatriate payroll support, and employee queries. The role also modernizes Excel-based processes through cloud payroll automation, API-enabled workflows, and Time and Attendance integrations while mentoring payroll staff and partnering with HR, Finance, and operations.

Leads integrated external campaigns supporting major defence and maritime opportunities. Develops campaign strategies, stakeholder engagement programmes, messaging, content, events and digital activity. Coordinates agencies and cross-functional teams, monitors political and stakeholder developments, advises leaders on risks and opportunities, and tracks campaign performance. Works closely with business development, commercial and programme teams to align communications and engagement with growth, capture and bid strategies.
