Analyze and fuse all-source intelligence (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT) to produce assessments, reports, threat analyses, and target development; maintain common intelligence picture and databases; develop RFI responses; identify collection gaps; engage partner organizations; perform tactical and operational research and intelligence preparation of the battlespace.

Provide HUMINT collection management and analysis support: apply analytic methodologies, manage collection tools (HOT-R/CRATE/CHROME), produce and quality-control IIRs/SHIRs, publish NIPs/RFRs, maintain collection metrics, coordinate with collectors and USIC stakeholders, and produce analytic reporting using Palantir, Excel, and SharePoint.

Provide part-time, on-demand business development and capture support for INDOPACOM/NGA/SOCPAC customers. Identify leads, manage proposal schedules, write and edit technical RFI/RFP responses, develop proposal themes and storylines, coordinate stakeholders, and advise on staffing and resources. Work remotely on ad-hoc assignments as an independent contractor.
