Develops recommendations, talking points, information papers, briefing books, executive summaries, reports, presentations, and training. Coordinates stakeholders and staff action officers, supports senior engagements, maintains planning repositories, and briefs commanding generals and senior staff.

Coordinates official DoD travel across the EUCOM region, including transportation, lodging, access, clearances, passports, visas, and installation transfers. Develops trip booklets, itineraries, travel packages, trackers, and briefing materials for personnel and senior leaders. Synchronizes requirements with military commands, NATO, government stakeholders, protocol, security, and transportation providers. Monitors travel execution, manages changes, and supports distinguished visitor movements, conferences, exercises, and mission activities in a multinational environment.

Manage implementation of a federal executive coaching program for DOT, serving as the primary client contact. Coordinate participant intake, coach matching, scheduling, staffing, documentation, quality control, reporting, stakeholder communications, and performance tracking across 11 operating administrations. Maintain confidentiality, support coach onboarding and surge capacity, prepare executive briefings, and ensure compliance with contract, privacy, and professional coaching requirements.
