Lead the HR function for a small government contractor, managing employee relations, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compensation, compliance, policies, performance management, and organizational development. Develop people and culture initiatives, support workforce and succession planning, manage HRIS platforms, and partner with leadership on strategic and operational HR needs. The role is hybrid, requiring three days weekly in the San Diego or Arlington office.

Supports brand execution through content creation, social media management, website and SharePoint updates, campaign execution, internal communications, event planning, and branded merchandise coordination. Develops marketing materials, tracks campaign performance, researches trends, manages vendors and inventory, and provides data-driven recommendations. The role requires strong communication, project management, graphic design, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Support Department of the Navy resource sponsors through the full Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution lifecycle. Develop and defend POM issues, funding requirements, alternatives, impact analyses, briefings, and decision materials across the five-year FYDP. Coordinate OPNAV, Navy Secretariat, program office, and DoD stakeholders; track actions and changes; assess funding and readiness risks; reconcile programming decisions with budgeting and execution; and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leaders.
