Serve as secondary account manager for large employer groups and primary contact for a portfolio of smaller large-group clients. Perform benefits analysis, carrier marketing, quoting, reporting, ben-admin configuration, eligibility and billing support, renewal and open enrollment preparation, create client deliverables, and coordinate vendors to ensure seamless client experience.

The Benefits Analyst will support project work in client services, including data management, compliance documentation, and benefits administration.

Manage a portfolio of New York large-group employer clients (100-2,000 lives) as a trusted advisor. Lead renewals, open enrollment, compliance, vendor deployment, financial reporting, and member education. Design consultative benefit strategies, present client deliverables, deepen executive relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience.
