Perform gameplay QA and focus test coordination: identify, log, and regress bugs; create and execute test plans; assist public playtests under UXR direction; provide troubleshooting and playtest support; remain flexible to schedule changes and overtime.

Lead project management and production for franchise and studio communications. Build workflows and roadmaps, track deliverables across physical and digital pipelines, coordinate stakeholders and partners, prioritize and resolve issues, and improve processes to ensure timely, high-quality asset delivery and strong partner relationships.
