The role partners with business leaders and all three lines of defence to support informed decisions, regulatory compliance, safe growth, and positive customer outcomes.

Lead site reliability engineering for cloud-native products and services. Improve availability, performance, security, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, and change management while meeting service level objectives. Manage production and non-production environments, define error budgets, improve release processes, automate infrastructure, and manage Kubernetes workloads. Provide technical guidance, incident communications, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and coaching across engineering teams.
