Handle and investigate customer complaints across NatWest Boxed, ensuring fair outcomes within SLAs. Liaise with customers, document decisions, analyse trends to improve experience, and maintain quality and compliance with internal policies.

Perform in-life customer due diligence and exit reviews for the Mettle proposition, identifying and mitigating financial crime and reputational risk. Manage company dissolutions, respond to PEP/sanctions screening and law enforcement requests, and escalate issues per policy while improving processes and communicating clearly with customers.
