Manage the end-to-end Accelerator experience for startup founders, from registration through programme delivery. Organize events, workshops, drop-ins, and peer-support activities; maintain a visible hub presence; triage entrepreneur needs; connect founders with relevant bank and ecosystem resources; coordinate programme logistics and administration; and produce impact and ROI reporting. The role requires strong organization, communication, stakeholder influence, project management, customer experience, and knowledge of the UK startup ecosystem.

Engineers, tests, deploys, maintains, and improves software, scripts, and tools across the full development lifecycle. Collaborates with engineers, architects, and business analysts in feature teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions. Requires experience with Murex architecture, batch management, production support, CI/CD tools, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix/Linux, Python, and Ansible. AWS experience is preferred.
