Creates documentation, traces requirements to future-state designs, supports controls and quality assurance, and assists with implementation and cutover. Develops test scenarios, executes test scripts, and facilitates user acceptance testing. The role requires strong stakeholder and supplier management, digital banking experience across iOS and Android, Agile delivery, payments, transaction banking, and debit and credit card lifecycle expertise.
