Design and develop Natuvion’s global Partner Enablement Program, including learning paths, training materials, certifications, digital learning, and technical training. Support partners with delivery challenges, participate in migration projects, analyze root causes, measure training effectiveness, and feed recurring issues and product feedback into improvements. Collaborate with product, migration, sales, partner management, and people teams while building partner communities and maintaining global quality standards.

Lead full end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, overseeing data migration, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling project finances and timelines, collaborating closely with finance and team members to ensure projects meet budget and quality standards.
