Advise on SAP landscape performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend configuration and database optimizations. Support planning for data migrations, carve-outs, upgrades and transformations, review architecture across SAP versions and databases, and assist with ABAP-related performance analysis to ensure compatibility with transformation tools and efficient project execution.

Lead and scale a global delivery engine for international markets (priority: US), orchestrating onshore/nearshore/offshore teams, deploying Natuvion software with forward-deployed engineering, building partner channels, integrating selective acquisitions, and representing international delivery on the global leadership board.

Provide sales operations and administrative support: maintain HubSpot CRM, prepare proposals and RFP responses, manage sales documentation and dashboards, track quotes and renewals, support process improvements and templates, and assist with reporting and occasional international collaboration.
