Lead product reliability engineering for multidisciplinary medical devices and applications across prototype development, verification, design transfer, and commercialization. Develop reliability strategies, test plans, accelerated testing models, automated test systems, and service-life assessments. Lead failure analysis, root-cause investigations, technical reviews, and cross-functional improvements spanning hardware, firmware, software, manufacturing, quality, and service teams.

Provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Commercial Officer, including complex calendar management, communications, travel, expenses, presentations, meetings, events, and confidential information. Coordinates commercial leadership activities across global regions, tracks action items and budgets, processes purchasing and invoices, manages vendors, and supports business initiatives. Requires strong organization, discretion, communication, prioritization, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.

Own the backlog for cloud-based neurodiagnostic software, translating product goals, customer needs, and clinical workflows into actionable requirements. Prioritize epics, features, stories, and acceptance criteria while coordinating Agile development across multiple teams. Partner with engineering, architecture, DevOps, QA, product, and regulatory stakeholders on technical dependencies, cloud architecture, releases, traceability, and compliance. The role requires strong technical understanding of modern distributed systems and experience leading complex software product development.
