Manages European accounts receivable, including cash application, customer account reconciliation, collections, billing dispute resolution, credits, refunds, journal entries, and month-end close support. The role monitors balances, prepares reports, communicates with customers, and improves Order-to-Cash processes while partnering with Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and banking teams.

Tests and verifies hardware, software, embedded, cloud, networking, and medical device systems. Develops verification plans, test cases, automated protocols, test infrastructure, and compliance documentation. Performs hardware bring-up, debugging, connectivity testing, web API and application testing, defect tracking, and formal testing against medical device standards.
