The Public Affairs Manager will lead state and federal government affairs for a biopolymers company. Responsibilities include building relationships with legislators, regulators, industry groups, agricultural organizations, and other stakeholders; monitoring legislation and regulations; developing advocacy strategies and communications; representing the company in policy forums; and translating policy developments into business recommendations. The role requires strong political, legislative, communication, and relationship-building skills, knowledge of composting and recycling, and travel up to 50%.

Maintains, calibrates, troubleshoots, and coordinates repairs for laboratory instrumentation supporting PLA production. Performs polymer characterization, designs experiments, analyzes data, investigates deviations, recommends corrective actions, and improves quality-control systems and documentation. Collaborates with laboratory, engineering, manufacturing, and vendor teams to resolve product and process issues. Provides manufacturing support through rotating on-call, weekend, occasional shift coverage, and safety-compliant laboratory operations.

The Reliability Engineer leads the development and implementation of Maintenance and Reliability strategies, collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages electrical asset improvements, supports capital projects, and ensures compliance with industry standards for reliability engineering in a manufacturing environment.

Drive new business for Ingeo biopolymers across packaging, foodservice, consumer products, fibers, and emerging markets. Identify opportunities, build partnerships with converters, manufacturers and brand owners, lead technical and commercial discussions, manage pipeline from prospect to commercialization, and represent the company at customer meetings and industry events while collaborating with internal technical and operations teams.
