Perform warehouse quality assurance sampling of raw materials, bulk/finished goods and packaging; inspect labeling and container integrity; aseptically collect and document samples; operate material handling equipment; track samples in SAP and Reserve Sample Database; deliver samples to lab; maintain cleaning logs, PPE and cGMP compliance; complete training and support continuous improvement.

Design, govern, and modernize Microsoft 365 workplace platforms including Intune, Autopilot, AVD, Teams, SharePoint, and enterprise print. Build automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, enforce Zero Trust-aligned security and compliance, lead platform modernization, mentor teams, and serve as escalation and on-call owner for endpoint, mobility, collaboration, virtual desktop, and print services.

Develop and execute category management and sourcing strategies, lead RFPs and supplier negotiations, manage supplier relationships and performance, support cross-functional NPD and quality efforts, mitigate supply risk, and deliver total cost of ownership improvements.

Support MRO supplier sourcing, parts standardization, inventory control, and procurement process improvements across manufacturing and packaging sites. Manage supplier relationships, analyze spend using BI reports, implement purchasing programs, support Engineering and Finance with requisitions and approvals, and maintain CMMS-based parts and chemical inventories.
