Teams at Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc.

Leads and expands NRDC partnerships across Africa to advance climate resilience, clean energy access, nature-based solutions, and investment. Develops regional partnership strategies, conducts stakeholder mapping and policy research, cultivates government and institutional relationships, represents NRDC at regional events, coordinates cross-functional project delivery, supports agreements and reporting, and prepares research reports, policy briefs, whitepapers, and presentations. Requires substantial international travel and fluency in English and French.

Leads NRDC’s HR technology strategy, HRIS governance, systems implementations, integrations, data integrity, reporting, compliance, and operational workflows. Owns Dayforce HCM and partners with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, and vendors to optimize employee lifecycle processes, automate workflows, improve system usability, and support secure, accurate workforce data. Manages and develops the HRIS team while overseeing onboarding, benefits, payroll connections, offboarding, documentation, change management, and technology portfolio improvements.

Develops and executes multichannel strategic communications plans for NRDC’s Nature Department. Responsibilities include messaging, communications prioritization, content development, advocacy and fundraising collaboration, media amplification, audience engagement, analytics-driven optimization, and executive thought leadership. The role coordinates cross-functional teams and advances organizational visibility, supporter action, and nature-focused policy narratives.
