The Senior Technical Architect will lead the architectural strategy for a global SaaS platform, mentor engineers, and integrate AI capabilities, while collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Support US sales by delivering technical wins: run tailored product demos (including Voice AI and AI Agents), design solutions with Salesforce and partners, run POCs, document SoWs, champion AI features internally, and use modern AI tools to accelerate solution design and demos. Work UK-based on US hours and collaborate closely with Account Executives to drive value and close deals.

Owned end-to-end Financial Services vertical marketing: demand generation, GTM/positioning, sales enablement, content, events, and agency management to drive SQLs and pipeline for banks, fintechs, payments, and insurance.
