Lead hands-on security engineering for cloud-native web applications and infrastructure: build and operate security controls and tooling, perform assessments and incident response, support enterprise onboarding (SSO, allowlisting), conduct threat hunting and vulnerability testing, partner cross-functionally to raise security practices, and support compliance and vendor risk assessments.

Own end-to-end features across frontend and backend: design scalable APIs and data models, build polished React UIs, manage AWS infrastructure and CI/CD, set technical direction, and ensure performance, reliability, and security in a fast-moving startup.

The People & Culture Manager will oversee all aspects of the people function, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and development to enhance workplace culture.
