Volunteer Governor overseeing college activities and supporting strategic governance for a specialist education charity serving young people with complex disabilities. The role contributes management expertise, regulatory compliance oversight, learner voice promotion, inclusive practice, stakeholder collaboration, and innovative approaches to education and student success. Governors commit approximately 12 hours monthly, attend formal meetings and development sessions, and may support key staff and attend annual organizational events.

Provide first- and second-line IT support across multiple sites, troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, Windows environments, telephony, and business systems. Maintain infrastructure, wireless networks, VPNs, and connected devices; deploy and repair equipment; and deliver responsive customer service. The role requires travel between sites, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, knowledge of Intune, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Office 365, and ITIL best practices.
