Sell and support forage and native seed products in the PNW: prepare bids and pricing, consult on prescriptive seed mix designs, process orders, support inventory and contracts, provide technical agronomic advice, attend industry events, and develop customer relationships with some regional travel.

Serve as first point of contact for customers by phone and in person, handle order processing, shipping (UPS/LTL/will-call), credit card deposits, incoming/outgoing mail, AR/AP scanning, inventory data entry, seed test coordination, and general office support. Maintain organized customer and accounting folders and support warehouse and management on special projects.

Operate and support seed cleaning and packaging processes: receive and document seed lots, set up and monitor cleaning machinery, maintain records, pull and store lab samples, coordinate re-cleans, assist with equipment setup and farm/warehouse duties, and follow safety and storage procedures.

Provide technical agronomy support to sales, assist customers with product selection, coordinate dealers and logistics, support product planning and inventory reporting, organize expos and outreach, and assist with order entry and freight coordination.
