Supervise daily receiving and warehouse operations, including unloading, inventory accuracy, quality inspection, storage, documentation, team leadership, training, and compliance. Ensure adherence to GDP, FDA, USDA, OSHA, and company standards while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized facility. Investigate inventory discrepancies, coordinate material flow with internal departments, conduct audits and meetings, and implement process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency.

Inspect produce deliveries, warehouse inventory, and outbound shipments for compliance with USDA and customer quality standards. Document inspection results, identify quality issues, support shipping and receiving, train staff, and coordinate corrective actions with management. The role also assists with order preparation, inventory control, warehouse organization, and safe material handling in refrigerated and outdoor environments.
