Teams at Native American Rehabilitation Association of the Northwest, Inc.

Provides psychiatric evaluations, assessments, prescribing, referrals, care planning, patient education, and ongoing mental health treatment. Directs and supports psychiatric prescribers across NARA NW locations, oversees staffing and administrative coverage, develops prescribing policies, coordinates with behavioral health and external providers, and ensures high-quality culturally appropriate care.

Provides peer counseling, recovery support, advocacy, mentoring, crisis intervention, and care coordination to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Supports access to medical, dental, legal, financial, transportation, and behavioral health services. Leads social and recreational activities, promotes culturally specific recovery resources, contributes to service assessments, and collaborates with housing and clinical teams while maintaining professional boundaries.

Provide nursing case management for patients with or at risk for Hepatitis C: testing, education, medication adherence support, care coordination, outreach, documentation in EHR, and collaboration with integrated care teams in clinical and community settings.
