Underwrite complex Commercial E&S/Specialty accounts, manage portfolio profitability, implement rate and product strategies, analyze data/trends, collaborate with agents, product and technology partners, place reinsurance per guidelines, support product development, and mentor underwriting staff.

Lead sales/use and personal property tax functions including compliance, filings, payments, audits, planning, legislative monitoring, tax system implementations, tax provision support, audit negotiations, and team development to manage tax risk and optimize tax positions for the enterprise.
