Support the Office of Compliance & Ethics by managing regulatory training intake and assignments, records management, reporting, access reviews, and compliance testing. Build and maintain reports and metrics, use data analytics to identify trends, collaborate with business partners to develop corrective actions, assist with regulatory exam responses and training, and drive continuous improvement across governance and administrative priorities.

Develop API flows, token-based authentication, payload mappings, and data transformations. Troubleshoot production incidents, optimize runtime behavior, manage UNIX batch jobs and Perl job control, and collaborate with product, testing, and downstream teams to ensure accurate, timely feeds for operational, financial, and regulatory consumers.
