Provide in-branch, phone and online support to customers; handle transactions and queries accurately; guide customers to appropriate banking products and digital services; follow processes, spot and escalate issues, and work as part of a busy branch team to deliver excellent customer service.

Manage remediation projects end-to-end within the Remediation Centre of Excellence: scope, plan, estimate, deliver, monitor controls, manage risks/issues, engage stakeholders, support business readiness, and drive continuous improvement to achieve agreed outcomes and benefits.

Produce and review product risk and interest-rate risk reports, support development and testing of new outputs, improve reporting processes, build stakeholder relationships across Mortgages, Savings, Treasury and Finance, support hedging processes and change/automation initiatives.
