Develops and monitors advanced analytical tools using statistical and machine learning techniques, communicates model impacts to senior stakeholders and committees, and ensures implementation with systems, product risk, validation, and collections teams. Manages, mentors, and motivates direct reports while delivering multiple modeling projects to demanding timelines.

Manages complex remediation projects across their full lifecycle, including scoping, planning, estimating, delivery, governance, reporting, risk and issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization. Leads multiple workstreams and Project Managers, drives continuous improvement, and ensures customer-focused outcomes are delivered on time and to quality standards within ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Build and support data pipelines, prepare data for analytics and machine learning, and help deploy and monitor AI solutions in production. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, governed data and AI products. Apply software engineering practices including testing, version control, and code quality standards while continuously developing expertise in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cloud technologies.
