Manage provider portals, fee schedules, provider networks, plan access rules, and claims processing in partnership with engineering and operations. Drive data integrity, audits, root-cause analysis, automation, and continuous improvement while coordinating with QA, client services, leadership, and hundreds of clients. Translate complex requirements into product specifications and prioritize enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.

Leads the development of scalable ETL and ELT pipelines using Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Delta Lake. Builds real-time and batch data solutions, implements Unity Catalog governance, develops automated unit tests, and resolves production issues end to end. Collaborates across scrum teams on database programming and platform modernization while applying SOLID principles and maintaining data integrity.

Build and scale analytical data products, models, semantic layers, and reusable metrics using dbt and Databricks. Develop Gold-layer and dimensional models, support Tableau analytics, automate data workflows with Python and SQL, and implement testing, documentation, lineage, Git, CI/CD, and deployment practices. Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, mentorship, code reviews, performance optimization, and production support while partnering with business, product, analytics, and engineering teams.
