Leads multiple engineering teams responsible for enterprise-scale platform applications and services. Oversees architecture, Java and Spring Boot backend development, SQL data solutions, React interfaces, APIs, microservices, cloud modernization, scalability, security, DevOps, monitoring, disaster recovery, and incident response. Partners with product, operations, infrastructure, and senior leadership to align platform strategy with business goals. Hires, mentors, and develops engineering leaders while driving delivery excellence across global teams.

Administer and secure an enterprise macOS fleet using Jamf Pro, Intune, Entra ID, and Apple Business Manager. Manage deployments, zero-touch enrollment, configurations, patching, application packaging, endpoint automation, and compliance baselines. Provide L2/L3 escalation support for hardware, software, identity, and network issues. Develop Bash, Zsh, and PowerShell scripts, coordinate vendor support, assist with audits and vulnerability remediation, participate in change management, and maintain technical documentation.

Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and spike tests (Apache JMeter). Analyze application, database, and infrastructure performance; identify bottlenecks. Integrate tests into CI/CD, monitor with APM tools, produce reports with root cause analysis and recommendations, and collaborate with dev/ops teams to validate scalability and reliability.
