Lead volunteer recruitment, organize and support regional committees and fundraising events, manage donor and chapter relationships, meet revenue and membership targets, maintain records and inventory, submit timely reports, and represent NWTF at events and trainings across Minnesota.

Lead development and execution of social media and digital marketing strategies to grow membership and engagement. Manage team hiring, training, and performance; create editorial calendars; run membership and fundraising campaigns; produce and edit social content; manage Google Ad Grant spending; monitor metrics and platform engagement; represent NWTF at events.

Lead volunteer recruitment, organize and support regional fundraising events, maintain volunteer and chapter data, meet fundraising/net revenue targets, ensure compliance and timely reporting, represent NWTF in the community, and collaborate with staff and state leaders to grow chapters and membership.
