Coordinates Nebraska hunting and shooting sports recruitment, retention, and reactivation initiatives in partnership with conservation organizations. Responsibilities include managing the R3 task force and summit, supporting education and outreach programs, developing partnerships and mentoring opportunities, evaluating programs, analyzing hunter data, producing reports, and assisting with events and implementation of the Nebraska R3 Plan.

Creates and publishes mission-focused stories about hunting, conservation, wildlife, and outdoor activities across magazines, websites, press releases, social media, newsletters, and email. Collaborates with field staff, volunteers, and partners; photographs and edits images; maintains website content; supports editorial planning; ensures accuracy and brand consistency; and travels to conservation and outreach events for coverage.

Deliver engineering support for forest management projects including transportation planning, road and aquatic improvement design, surveys, AutoCAD site design, contract administration, construction compliance, and coordination with U.S. Forest Service and partners to implement restoration and harvest projects.
