Maintains organized retail and finishing areas, resolves service issues, and supports store goals while upholding brand standards. Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of optical, retail, sales, or customer service experience.

Provides customer service and supports eyewear sales goals by helping customers select and care for eyewear, dispensing glasses and contact lenses as permitted, maintaining records, handling calls and order updates, supporting inventory and loss prevention, and maintaining store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Provides customer-facing optical retail support, including eyewear selection, fitting, product education, pre-exam assistance, order entry, finishing, inspections, quality checks, pickup preparation, and issue resolution. Maintains store standards and supports a seamless customer experience while collaborating with optometrists and store staff.
