Own the vision, roadmap, prioritization, development, and optimization of enterprise supply chain technology platforms. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, merchandising, accounting, and supply chain operations. Drive system integration, process improvement, stakeholder alignment, KPI measurement, and delivery of scalable solutions that improve fulfillment, visibility, efficiency, and cost performance.

Leads marketing performance analytics across digital, media, CRM, ecommerce, customer behavior, and business outcomes. Translates complex data into executive-ready insights and optimization recommendations, defines KPIs and measurement frameworks, supports investment decisions, and guides analytical work across a Data Scientist and Marketing Measurement Analyst. Partners with marketing, finance, business intelligence, digital experience, agencies, and external partners while coaching analytical talent.

Owns Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Supply Chain applications as the senior techno-functional authority. Responsibilities include module configuration, roadmap ownership, AMS/vendor governance, month-end close support, OTBI and BI Publisher reporting, integration troubleshooting, SQL-based analysis, FBDI loads, system enhancements, UAT, documentation, and stakeholder engagement with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and vendors.
