Develop and maintain client relationships in the construction/excavation sector, generate leads, promote trench shoring equipment rentals, meet sales targets, collaborate with branch and support teams, track activity in Salesforce, and provide market feedback to management.

Provide CAD drafting and drawing management support: create engineering and sales drawings from sketches or instructions using AutoCAD/Revit, translate plans into company formats, develop new drawing methods/processes, and collaborate with engineers and sales while adhering to OSHA trench and excavation requirements.

The Inside Sales Representative supports branch operations by handling customer inquiries, generating sales documents, assisting in complaint resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
