Provides administrative, documentation, material-development, classroom setup, and teaching-assistant support for internal and external training programs. The role develops toward future trainer responsibilities through mentoring and supervised practice.

Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, track leads and project information in Pipedrive, manage follow-ups, support account managers with proposals and documents, and coordinate client-facing events and visits. The role is on-site in Denver and requires strong communication, organization, customer service, and relationship-building skills.

Owns multi-entity general ledger accuracy and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, job cost and WIP reconciliation, audit support, variance analysis, internal control improvements, and compliance with GAAP. The role also mentors accounting staff and partners with project accounting, operations, auditors, and finance leadership in a construction environment.

Maintains project documentation, schedules, budgets, progress logs, and reports while supporting multiple construction-related projects. Coordinates with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders; monitors progress and risks; assists with procurement, vendor relationships, meetings, site visits, and process improvements. The role manages approximately five concurrent projects totaling $250,000 or more.

Maintains project documentation, schedules, budgets, progress logs, and internal processes for multiple concurrent projects. Coordinates with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders; monitors milestones, risks, and on-site progress. Supports procurement, vendor management, meetings, reporting, and project management process improvements while assisting with projects totaling at least $250,000.
