Assist drivers by covering and securing flatbed truck loads with tarps, straps, and bungee cords. Maintain a clean work area, perform heavy lifting, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions during an overnight weekday schedule.

Welcomes and assists residents, guests, and visitors at a residential front desk. Responsibilities include package handling, coordinating with security and maintenance, completing shift reports, documenting incidents, using company apps, and maintaining an organized environment. The role requires excellent customer service, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, basic computer skills, reliable transportation, dependable attendance, and successful completion of a background check and drug test.
