Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, properly sort and store clean items, follow food safety guidelines, report equipment concerns, and support the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and one of two daily shifts are required.

Welcomes and assists residents and guests, manages and tracks packages weighing approximately 10–50 pounds, completes shift reports, documents incidents, follows procedures, and coordinates with security, maintenance, and management. The role requires English and Spanish bilingual proficiency, reliable transportation, teamwork, and professional communication. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Prepare and cook large quantities of food using standardized recipes while maintaining quality, presentation, portion control, food safety, and sanitation standards. Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely, assist with inventory and waste reduction, maintain clean workstations, and collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals. This role requires previous cooking experience, bilingual English and Spanish ability, reliable transportation, slip-resistant shoes, and immediate availability.
