Manages daily car wash operations, supervises and trains employees, schedules shifts, handles customer concerns, monitors attendance and spending, balances cash, and supports safety and workflow standards. The role also performs hands-on customer service, payment processing, vehicle inspection, facility cleaning, vacuum and equipment upkeep, and directs vehicles through the wash tunnel. Serves as acting site manager when needed and helps improve workplace efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Investigates customer experience reports and property damage claims by reviewing evidence, communicating with customers and site leadership, documenting cases, tracking resolutions, processing reimbursements, applying company policies, and escalating complex claims. The role also supports audits, reporting, and customer service operations while managing multiple cases and priorities.

Supports daily car wash operations by supervising employees, scheduling shifts, training staff, resolving customer and employee concerns, monitoring cash and budgets, maintaining facility safety and cleanliness, and filling in for the Site Manager. The role also provides customer service, processes payments, directs vehicles through the wash tunnel, inspects vehicles, and performs physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
