Manages daily car wash facility operations, supervises and trains employees, coordinates schedules, handles customer concerns, monitors attendance and spending, balances cash, and supports the Site Manager. The role also includes greeting customers, processing payments, directing vehicles into the wash tunnel, inspecting vehicles, maintaining facility cleanliness, and enforcing safety and company policies. Flexible availability, outdoor work, standing, lifting, and customer-facing responsibilities are required.

Processes payroll accurately and on time, including timesheet collection, wage calculations, deductions, bonuses, error resolution, and employee questions. Maintains confidential payroll and HR records, audits files, enters data, supports recruiting and orientations, answers policy and benefits questions, provides HR clerical assistance, and helps coordinate employee events.

Investigates customer experience reports and property damage claims by reviewing evidence, communicating with customers and site leadership, documenting cases, tracking resolutions, processing reimbursements, applying company policies, and escalating complex claims. The role also supports audits, reporting, and customer service operations while managing multiple cases and priorities.
