Lead the Northeast Critical Infrastructure team with full P&L responsibility: drive regional sales and business development, produce accurate estimates and proposals, manage pipeline and contracts, and oversee project managers and field installers to deliver safe, on-time, profitable projects. Build customer relationships, ensure smooth handoffs to operations, enforce safety and continuous improvement, and travel frequently for site and customer engagement.
