Provide technical authority, mentor engineering staff, develop design standards and sizing tools, support sales and project teams, review designs and proposals, manage multiple projects, and ensure smooth handover to operations.

Drive sales and business development for data center power solutions by identifying opportunities, building relationships with operators and facility managers, delivering technical presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with technical teams, maintaining CRM/ERP records and forecasts, and traveling 30–50% across the contiguous U.S. to meet clients and attend industry events.
