Make outbound calls to existing customers using a predefined workflow to generate sales, manage accounts, ensure order accuracy, meet weekly sales and call targets, update CRM/system data, participate in team meetings, maintain product knowledge, and provide excellent customer service.

Lead regional outbound logistics and global packaging initiatives across 20+ countries, improve transportation and carrier performance, drive cost, sustainability, and service improvements, manage a small international team, and lead cross-functional projects to enhance scalability and operational excellence.

Execute daily and weekly production schedules, expedite orders and materials, verify material availability, maintain ERP data accuracy, coordinate with warehouse and supervisors, communicate priorities and risks, and provide execution feedback to support planning and continuous improvement.
