Lead HR operations in a manufacturing facility: develop policies, ensure legal and SOX compliance, manage HR systems and records, run full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, administer benefits, payroll/pay grade recommendations, training, employee relations, and HR metrics reporting.

Lead regional outbound logistics and global packaging initiatives across 20+ countries, improve transportation and carrier performance, drive cost, sustainability, and service improvements, manage a small international team, and lead cross-functional projects to enhance scalability and operational excellence.

Execute daily and weekly production schedules, expedite orders and materials, verify material availability, maintain ERP data accuracy, coordinate with warehouse and supervisors, communicate priorities and risks, and provide execution feedback to support planning and continuous improvement.
