Support planning, execution, and evaluation of regional fundraising events (galas, luncheons, auctions). Provide onsite staffing, volunteer and vendor coordination, create event materials and SOPs, track inventory, and collaborate with regional development teams to ensure seamless logistics and strong donor stewardship.

Lead design and governance of shared business data models, metric definitions, and semantic layers to enable consistent, scalable self-service analytics. Partner with data engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate processes into usable data structures, drive adoption, resolve metric inconsistencies, and manage semantic assets as products to support decision-making and operational effectiveness.

Lead planning and execution of high-impact fundraising events (galas, luncheons, cocktail parties). Own revenue performance, recruit and manage event chairs and committees, cultivate donors and sponsors, leverage CRM data for stewardship and reporting, collaborate with regional leadership, and ensure excellent donor and volunteer experiences across assigned markets.
