Teams at National Multiple Sclerosis Society

Leads multi-state payroll, benefits, retirement, leave, compensation, and total rewards programs. Oversees compliance, audits, reporting, vendor relationships, HR technology, and Workday and ADP process improvements. Partners with Finance, IT, auditors, executives, and senior leadership while supervising and developing payroll and benefits staff. Owns compensation philosophy, salary structures, benefits strategy, system enhancements, controls, and workforce investment recommendations.

Build empathetic, person-centered relationships with people affected by multiple sclerosis; provide personalized coaching, evidence-based education, resource navigation, and culturally responsive support. Manage a caseload, document interactions using CRM and digital tools, collaborate with internal teams and community partners, promote health equity, and contribute to service innovation and organizational initiatives. This remote role requires residence in the supported Midwest, Southeast, or Northeast region.

Develop and manage regional corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and cause-marketing campaigns to achieve revenue goals. Cultivate prospects, secure and steward corporate partners, create tailored sponsorship packages, and coordinate proposal execution with internal and regional teams. Track pipeline and revenue in CRM systems, use analytics to inform strategy, coach staff, support fundraising campaigns, and represent the Society at events. This market-based role supports Southeast and Southwest regions and requires approximately 30% or more travel.
