Manages daily medical billing and revenue recovery activities, including claim and invoice submission, payer and patient follow-up, write-offs, outstanding balances, statements, payment plans, and billing discrepancy resolution. Maintains accurate demographic and insurance data, responds to billing inquiries, supports billing system updates, and collaborates with coding, collections, and accounts receivable teams while following payer, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
