Leads the Awards Program across the Mid-Atlantic by developing and managing partnerships with schools, districts, charter networks, and education organizations. Builds referral pipelines, represents the organization at conferences and events, runs targeted outreach campaigns, and supports finalist selection and admissions process improvements. The role requires strong regional K-12 relationships, autonomous pipeline management, excellent communication, and 30–50% travel.
