Manages engineering change orders, product master data, bills of materials, manufacturing routings, and engineering documentation in JD Edwards. Maintains accurate part information, supports new part setup, audits ERP data, coordinates with engineering and manufacturing teams, and improves change-control and data-management processes. Requires familiarity with manufacturing operations, technical drawings, ERP systems, Excel, PLM, and document control.

Designs and revises 3D models, manufacturing drawings, assemblies, and bills of materials for utility equipment. Builds and tests mechanical prototypes, documents results, supports engineering changes, troubleshoots manufacturing issues, and collaborates with fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, quality, and production teams. The role supports products from concept through testing, manufacturing, production release, and continuous improvement in both office and manufacturing environments.

Supports manufacturing process and product improvement through engineering analysis, troubleshooting, quality audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Collaborates with design, production, and quality teams; evaluates equipment and processes; develops PFMEAs, Control Plans, process maps, and work instructions; audits suppliers and production processes; applies statistical tools; and mentors technicians while ensuring safety, environmental, and quality compliance.
