Senior Talent & Culture Business Partner advising community and executive leaders on workforce strategy, employee relations, performance, staffing, engagement, retention, succession planning, and organizational development. The role leads complex investigations, uses workforce data to identify trends and risks, coaches leaders through people decisions, and develops a supporting Talent & Culture Business Partner. This is an on-site role at The Village at Rockville with occasional remote flexibility.

Leads nursing services across a long-term care or senior living community, overseeing nursing leadership, clinical quality, resident outcomes, staffing, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, workforce development, and resource management. Uses clinical and operational data to drive continuous improvement, develops team accountability and engagement, and partners with community leaders to improve resident and employee experiences.

The Assisted Living Program Manager oversees clinical quality and team leadership, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance while mentoring nursing staff.
