Sales Development Representative handling 200–300 daily calls with loan applicants to qualify prospects, collect application information and documents, answer questions, promote lending products, and support credit approvals. Responsibilities include outbound calling, texting, emailing, CRM data entry, recordkeeping, regulatory compliance, and protecting customer information. The role is onsite, full-time, and requires strong communication, phone, organizational, mathematical, and customer service skills.

Reviews and verifies loan documentation, clears credit stipulations, applies fraud-prevention procedures, conducts verification calls, confirms contract terms, and funds working-capital loan packages. The role coordinates with sales, brokers, credit teams, banks, and borrowers to obtain missing information, ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines, and meet service-level deadlines.
