Teams at National Equity Fund

Lead NEF's national LIHTC originations platform, manage regional and specialty originations teams, set origination policy and strategy, drive developer relationships, support deal structuring and execution, align with capital markets and investors, expand markets/products, represent NEF externally, and ensure operational and regulatory compliance.

Manages high-value investor relationships and proprietary affordable housing fund equity raises. Develops investor strategies, coordinates deal previews, underwriting, due diligence, closings, site visits, and ongoing service. Represents investor priorities internally while collaborating with originations, credit, asset management, project management, and construction risk teams. Supports capital-raising outreach, strategic business planning, investor presentations, negotiations, and occasional industry events. May lead a small team and manage accounts with potential annual production exceeding $350 million.

Provide legal support for fund and project transactions and compliance, including drafting and negotiating fund agreements, investor side letters, loan and warehouse documents, managing closings and outside counsel, handling transfers, KYC, HUD and local filings, and advising business teams on tax, securities, and structural matters.
