The Chief Development Officer will lead NDI’s comprehensive fundraising strategy, philanthropic revenue generation, donor and board engagement, major gifts, campaigns, partnerships, and development team growth. Responsibilities include building donor pipelines, securing transformative gifts, managing fundraising budgets, expanding revenue streams, integrating events into outreach strategy, maintaining donor systems and regulatory compliance, preparing annual reports, and fostering a culture of philanthropy across the global nonprofit.
