Leads NCOA’s unified development and revenue strategy across corporate partnerships, foundations, individual and planned giving, federal funding, prospect research, and development operations. Oversees multi-channel fundraising targets, pipeline health, CRM infrastructure, compliance, donor stewardship, and a team of directors and managers. Partners with executive leadership, the board, marketing, and revenue teams to scale philanthropic support and advance organizational mission goals.

The Chief Operating Officer leads NCOA’s enterprise operations across finance, human resources, information technology, compliance, and administration. This executive translates strategy into operating plans, budgets, performance metrics, and organizational improvements while advising the CEO and Board. Responsibilities include risk management, financial stewardship, technology and AI enablement, talent development, change leadership, partnership support, and building an accountable, inclusive, high-performing culture.

Leads NCOA’s enterprise-wide social impact strategy, aligning programs, research, policy, campaigns, government affairs, and partnerships with mission outcomes. Oversees impact frameworks, metrics, evaluation, evidence-based innovation, and cross-sector collaboration. Partners with executive leadership, funders, policymakers, and external stakeholders to advance equitable systems change and improve aging outcomes. Builds multidisciplinary teams, fosters organizational learning, and represents NCOA as a national leader in helping people age well.
