Generates and qualifies sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, customer research, site visits, and client meetings. Manages a customer pipeline, develops relationships, supports account transitions, maintains sales records, and identifies opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention. May occasionally assist with internal phone and support operations. Requires occasional local travel.

Supervise and coordinate fence installation crews, assign tasks, manage workflows, and communicate with management and clients. Lead fence and pole installation, maintain equipment and materials, conduct quality checks, enforce safety procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Train and mentor crew members, address customer concerns, and promote teamwork, efficiency, and professional service.
