Manage daily property operations, compliance, tenant selection, rent/receipts, and maintenance coordination to achieve 100% occupancy. Supervise 1–2 onsite staff, deliver resident programs, maintain Yardi records, handle resident relations and community outreach, prepare financial reports, and ensure regulatory and affordable housing covenant compliance.

The Community Manager I oversees property management, compliance, resident services, and community programs, ensuring effective operations and positive resident relations.

The Afterschool Program Assistant supervises and engages students in afterschool activities, supports development and coordination of programs, and serves as a positive role model.
