Teams at National Community Renaissance

Support planning and implementation of capital improvement and renovation projects. Perform and assist with trades work (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, roofing, concrete, painting), maintain tools and equipment, pull permits, schedule inspections, and help keep job sites safe and on schedule and within budget.

Manage day-to-day property operations, compliance, finances, staffing and resident programs to maintain occupancy and ensure regulatory adherence. Oversee marketing, maintenance, tenant certifications, accounts receivable, reporting, and community relationships while supervising on-site staff and collaborating with social service partners.

Hope Services Coordinators develop and manage social programs for low-income residents, focusing on their financial stability, health, and community engagement.
