Oversees accounting, budgeting, reporting, audits, grants, IT, facilities, risk management, and vendor/contracts. Partners with CEO and Board to ensure financial health, compliance, and scalable operations.

Lead business development, loan origination, and relationship management for small businesses, nonprofits, and community developers. Structure and manage loans, assess credit risk, collaborate with credit staff, monitor portfolio performance, and support community impact reporting to expand access to capital in underserved communities.
