Oversee bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, grant compliance, audits, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls. The role requires maintaining accurate nonprofit financial records, supporting leadership decisions, handling confidential information, and training junior staff on accounting processes.

Provides administrative and operational leadership for an educational division, including faculty and staff evaluation, budgeting, grants, compliance, student retention, enrollment management, facilities, events, safety, strategic planning, and staff supervision. The role monitors student outcomes, develops community partnerships, coordinates campus operations, supports emergency preparedness, and facilitates communication across departments. Some instruction may be required, along with regular travel to branch locations and flexible evening or weekend scheduling.

Supports APDS communications by creating and publishing culturally relevant social media content across major platforms. Responsibilities include producing reels, short-form videos, graphics, captions, and storytelling content; attending events to capture media; managing audience engagement; maintaining editorial calendars; and analyzing performance metrics to improve reach and awareness. The internship is unpaid, requires college credit, and may involve evening or weekend event availability.
