The Director will lead Audubon's water conservation strategy for the Mississippi River, overseeing projects, managing partnerships, and engaging in policy efforts. Responsibilities include developing strategies for habitat protection, building coalitions, securing funding, and acting as a spokesperson for conservation initiatives.

Lead Audubon’s Next Generation initiative by unifying youth and early-career programs into a cohesive pipeline; manage the campus chapters team; oversee K–12 engagement, internships, fellowships, and workforce pathways; expand chapters internationally; set and track metrics (scale, equity, retention); build partnerships, support conferences and philanthropy, and collaborate across regions.

Lead habitat restoration and land management across Aullwood's 200-acre sanctuary; supervise staff, interns and volunteers; manage livestock ambassador care and grazing plans; plan and implement restoration projects, invasive species control, and equipment operations; develop budgets and grant proposals; coordinate volunteers, public programming, and partnerships; ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and reporting.
