Partners across People & Culture, L&D, and business units to embed inclusive leadership practices, measure impact, and drive organizational change. Leads a team, advises senior leaders, and ensures programs are scalable, consistent, and aligned to strategy.

Lead habitat restoration and land management across Aullwood's 200-acre sanctuary; supervise staff, interns and volunteers; manage livestock ambassador care and grazing plans; plan and implement restoration projects, invasive species control, and equipment operations; develop budgets and grant proposals; coordinate volunteers, public programming, and partnerships; ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and reporting.

Manage accounting and compliance for a portfolio of domestic and international grants, prepare reports and variance analyses, support audits and NICRA preparation, maintain grant budgets and receivables, train finance staff, and partner with program teams to ensure GAAP and Uniform Guidance compliance.
