The Senior Manager will lead efforts to develop and implement clean energy infrastructure policies, working with state and regional staff to influence utility-scale projects and transmission grid expansion. Responsibilities include policy research, strategic guidance, and collaboration with key stakeholders to advance Audubon's clean energy goals.

Lead and manage IT security operations including incident response, security tool administration, vulnerability management, IAM (IdP/MFA/SSO), security policy and compliance (ISO 27000, PCI), security awareness training, vendor security reviews, and coordination with cloud and network teams to protect systems and data.

Work with landowners and partners to enroll private lands in working-lands programs, develop and implement habitat management plans, provide technical assistance, conduct outreach and workshops, support grant reporting, and promote grassland bird and rangeland conservation in the Northern Great Plains.
