Manage mutual fund product development and performance, gather market intelligence, recommend product enhancements, coordinate with rating agencies, and monitor RMF and competitor products. The role also requires understanding mutual fund processes and applicable SEBI regulations, along with collaboration across teams.

Manages relationships with distributors and Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to grow regional business. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, analyzing market and industry trends, increasing sales, expanding distribution networks, and selecting and motivating IFA and distributor partners.

Oversees sales activities across an assigned market, develops sales strategies, forecasts, budgets, and manpower plans, and drives target achievement across business segments. Manages prospecting, selling, and development of independent financial advisors, including empanelment, activation, training, and ongoing support. Identifies new market opportunities, monitors team productivity, leads sales initiatives, ensures right-selling practices, and provides market and competitor feedback to product teams.
