Oversee client progression, enrollment, training, employment advancement, reporting, data quality, workshops, recruitment, and program evaluation. Collaborate with training providers, employers, funders, government agencies, staff, and clients. May manage caseloads, supervise personnel, support grant reporting, and recommend program improvements based on performance data.
