Manage client accounts receivable, billing, collections, cash receipts, account reconciliations, payment applications, delinquent notices, and aging. Investigate discrepancies, resolve submission and payment issues, identify credit risks, document customer communications, audit transactions, and support billing automation. The role requires effective customer communication, analytical problem-solving, organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with marketing and management teams.

Responsible for acquiring new business and managing existing towing and roadside service provider accounts. Builds and maintains provider networks, negotiates rates, monitors contract compliance, analyzes territory performance, addresses service gaps, and ensures adequate regional coverage. The role involves frequent communication, outbound outreach, account reviews, reporting, trade show participation, and up to 20% travel.

Serves as the first point of contact for a corporate office by greeting visitors, managing calls and visitor access, coordinating conference rooms, handling mail, and supporting office operations. Provides administrative and basic HR support, including data entry, records maintenance, onboarding and offboarding assistance, employee communications, supply management, and confidential information handling.
